Jeremy’s journey in worship ministry spans more than two decades, serving as a worship pastor, music director, and leader across a variety of church environments. He’s experienced the full spectrum of ministry life—building teams from the ground up, navigating seasons of transition, leading through pressure, and helping people grow musically, spiritually, and personally.

What shapes his approach most is a deep care for people and a passion to serve Jesus and the Church faithfully. Jeremy believes healthy worship ministries are built through trust, clarity, strong relationships, and a sensitivity to the leading of the Holy Spirit—not simply talent or production. He works alongside churches and leaders to cultivate environments where teams feel supported, leaders feel encouraged, and worship remains authentic, grounded, and centered on the presence of God.
