What started as a passion for music quickly grew into a calling to lead people. Over the years, he has built teams, navigated transitions, and helped churches create environments where both musicians and congregations can genuinely engage in worship.
Through every season, one thing has remained consistent—Jeremy’s heart for people. He believes worship ministry is about far more than what happens on stage. It’s about building healthy teams, fostering strong culture, and creating spaces where people feel supported, confident, and connected to what truly matters.
Jeremy’s journey in worship ministry spans over two decades, serving as a worship pastor, music director, and leader in a variety of church environments.
Years of real ministry experience have shaped a leadership style that is both practical and people-focused. Jeremy understands the weekly rhythms and pressures of church life—the rehearsals, last-minute changes, leadership responsibilities, and the desire to serve the church faithfully—and brings a calm, steady presence into those environments.
His approach is rooted in preparation, clarity, humility, and genuine care for people. He values excellence, but never at the expense of authenticity, connection, or sensitivity to the leading of the Holy Spirit. More than anything, his heart is to serve Jesus, support the local church, and help create worship environments that are grounded, healthy, and centered on God’s presence.
Worship begins with the presence of God—not production, performance, or striving.
Giving our best as an offering to God while letting go of perfection, pressure, and performance.
Worship teams thrive when people feel cared for, connected, encouraged, and spiritually healthy.
Leading with peace, wisdom, and confidence while remaining sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit in every season.
Jeremy and his wife Britni have been married for nearly two decades and have built a life centered around faith, family, ministry, and entrepreneurship. Together they lead multiple creative ventures, including Girard Photography & Films and Girard Creative Group, while raising and homeschooling their three children in Colorado.
Britni has been part of the worship journey from the beginning, often singing alongside Jeremy on teams over the years. That shared creative rhythm—leading, building, and navigating life together—has shaped how Jeremy approaches both ministry and leadership.
At home, life is full with three kids, a lot of moving pieces, and a constant balance between family, work, and creativity. It’s also where much of his perspective comes from—learning how to lead, stay grounded, and build something meaningful without losing what matters most.
